JMFA Future Ready Rewards – Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions
By submitting an entry to the JMFA Future Ready Rewards Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of JM Future Academy (Singapore Pte. Ltd.) (“JMFA” or the “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding.
1. Eligibility
The Lucky Draw is open to:
- individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, or
- parents / legal guardians submitting on behalf of a child,
who provide valid registration details and satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Employees of JMFA, its related companies, agencies, campaign partners, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win.
2. Territory
This Lucky Draw is intended for participants connected to JMFA’s Singapore campaigns and activities. JMFA reserves the right to restrict or reject entries where participation, prize award, or campaign administration would be unlawful, impractical, unverifiable, or inconsistent with campaign requirements.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not improve the chances of winning.
4. Entry Period
All entries must be received within the official campaign period stated on the registration page or campaign page. JMFA reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or amend the entry period at its discretion.
5. How to Enter
To enter the Lucky Draw, participants must complete the required registration and follow the campaign instructions.
Entries are awarded based on completed actions. Different actions may grant different numbers of entries.
Examples of actions may include:
- registration submission,
- email confirmation,
- referral actions,
- social sharing,
- likes,
- follows,
- or other campaign actions specified by JMFA.
6. Entry Verification
All entry actions, including email registrations and social media activities, are subject to verification before prize confirmation.
Entry chances created through email and social media actions will be verified before a prize is awarded. If the entry details, action history, or participant identity do not match JMFA’s records, the participant may be disqualified. Shares, likes, follows, or other qualifying social actions must not be removed, reversed, or deleted before winner verification is completed. Failure to maintain the qualifying action may result in disqualification.
JMFA reserves the right to request evidence or conduct checks reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and compliance.
7. Invalid Entries
Entries may be disqualified if they are:
- incomplete,
- false,
- fraudulent,
- duplicated,
- generated by bots, scripts, macros, or automated means,
- submitted using fake, temporary, or misleading accounts,
- or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
8. Prizes
Prizes shall be as described on the campaign page, registration form, or promotional materials.
Prizes are:
- non-transferable,
- non-exchangeable,
- and not redeemable for cash,
unless JMFA decides otherwise in writing.
JMFA reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
10. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the campaign period.
The draw may be conducted digitally or by another method determined by JMFA. JMFA’s decision on winner selection and prize allocation is final.
11. Winner Notification
Winners may be contacted by:
- email,
- WhatsApp,
- phone,
- or other contact details submitted in the entry form.
If a selected winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- fails to respond within the required period,
- fails verification,
- refuses the prize,
- or is otherwise ineligible,
JMFA may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
12. One Prize Rule
Unless otherwise stated by JMFA:
- one participant may win only one Top Prize,
- but participation in lower-tier or consolation categories may remain subject to campaign rules.
13. Publicity
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that JMFA may use the winner’s name, initials, likeness, image, or testimonial for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless JMFA, its directors, officers, employees, agencies, service providers, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:
- participation in the Lucky Draw,
- acceptance or use of any prize,
- technical issues,
- entry errors,
- or campaign administration.
15. Technical Issues
JMFA is not responsible for:
- lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries,
- failed transmissions,
- internet, device, browser, software, or network issues,
- unauthorized access,
- data loss,
- or any technical malfunction affecting participation or administration.
16. Fraud / Tampering
Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, abuse, undermine, or interfere with the proper operation of the Lucky Draw may result in disqualification and, where appropriate, legal action.
17. Personal Data
Personal data collected in connection with the Lucky Draw may be used by JMFA for:
- campaign administration,
- entry verification,
- winner selection,
- prize fulfillment,
- participant communication,
- and related marketing and follow-up activities,
in accordance with JMFA’s Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore law, including the PDPA. The PDPA establishes rules governing the collection, use, disclosure, and care of personal data in Singapore.
18. Right to Amend / Suspend / Cancel
JMFA reserves the right to amend these Terms, suspend the Lucky Draw, or cancel it entirely at any time if reasonably necessary, including where there is fraud, abuse, technical failure, legal risk, or circumstances beyond JMFA’s reasonable control.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
